1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all products, services and digital content operated by wz2, including casino games, slots, live games, cricket betting and other gaming services. 3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on wz2 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Deposited funds are not accepted through any third party. Any transaction fees related to deposits (if applicable) must be borne by the user.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Some important withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; if not used within the allotted time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• When wagering with a bonus, the maximum bet amount is limited to 10% of the bonus balance or ৳500 (whichever is lower).
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings from it may be cancelled.
• The same person, family, household or IP address may not claim a bonus more than once.
• wz2 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and suspend an account in the event of bonus abuse.

4.3 VIP and Cashback Program

wz2's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — Bronze offers up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.3%, Gold up to 0.5%, Platinum up to 0.6% and Diamond up to 0.8% weekly cashback. VIP level progression is determined based on the user's regular activity and overall contribution. No wagering conditions apply to cashback.

4.4 Changes to Promotional Offers

wz2 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any existing promotional offer at any time. When a new offer is announced, the previous offer will not automatically be considered cancelled — both offers may remain valid at the same time if wz2 specifically announces this.

5.1 Fair Play Policy
